Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 Try-on Haul

Ok so it’s been almost a week since the Nordstrom Anniversary sale started for card members. So many of the items are already sold out which is insane! There are a few more things I want to get but I’ll have to wait until they come back in stock.

As promised, here is a little Nordstrom Anniversay try on haul of all the items I picked so far. This doesn’t include some of the things I ordered. Just waiting on those to arrive. Some items are keepers while others I might have to return. Remember, when the sale is open to the public, grab what you can and decide later what to keep or not. Nordstrom has a super easy return policy so whatever you change your mind on, it’s easy to return.

Lets start with the shoes because I’M OBSESSED! There are so many good option this year and it’s too hard to pass it up! I bought 5 pairs of shoes because they’re that good!

This is the collection minus one! I also bought a nude pair of flats.

This pair of booties is Vince Camuto. They make a very similar pair every year but I absolutely love the stitching and the fact that it not heeled booties. They also come with with heels too but I can see this as my go to for fall/winter.

I own a pair of Nike Free running shoes but you can never have too many especially when you can wear these anytime rather than just to the gym like a Target run or something. I’m obsessed with the color of course. I need to size up though as my regular 6.5 size is too small.

Lastly, I bought this pair of Sam Edelman block heels in suede nude. I’ve been on the hunt for a block heel sandal for a while and these ones are very comfortable. I plan to wear them to an upcoming wedding, with casual dresses or even with jeans. They are very versatile.

Next up is some of the athletic gear I scored big on. Ignore the sandals with the outfit!

I could live in these pants and hoodie all day long. They are so comfortable and lightweight. It has an elastic waist band which is better than the tie waisted ones I have. They look heavy but they are actually very breathable. The hoodie is my fav purchase! I sized down to X-Small on both items as it runs a bit a big.

This sweater cardigan is almost sold out! It was a huge hit as it should be for the price point. Super affordable for a TOPSHOP item. It is a heavy sweater material and comes in may colors but the mauve one is my favorite.

The next 3 looks are sweaters and coats. On the left, I tried on a color block sweater. It’s a high-neck and almost a balloon sleeve. Love this color combo which can be worn in so many ways. It comes in a different color combination as well.

The middle picture is of a Leith midi sweater coat. I wasn’t 100% sold on it as it is a bit lightweight. It looks like a coat but feels like a sweater so in my opinion, it’s not worth the price. However, it is gorgeous and fits very well.

The last image is of the Thread and Supply Wubby Fleece Pullover which I am in LOVE with! I wanted to snag something similar during last year’s sale but it ran out of stock so quickly. This time I did not hesitate to grab one. The price is amazing and the comfort is just outstanding! I bought it in a size medium for an oversized look.

The selection of denim this year is great!  There are a lot of options and different washes. This pair is the one I ended up buying because it’s high waisted, not cropped, not distressed and the color has some variation in it. It’s also a steal for less than $40!

Ok lastly, this is my favorite purchase of the entire sale so far. These are high waisted wide leg trousers. They’re a grey/lilac color. Because I’m 5’2 they fit me perfect. If I was a little taller, it would be too high up the ankle. The material is a jersey but also structured so it would look nice if I dressed it up.

And that concludes this portion of the try on haul! I have a few more things coming in like a super cute handbag and a clutch. I’ll update this post when they come in.
